Doggy Day Care

If your dog misses the attention that you are unable to give during the day, is simply bounding with energy or has some behavioural difficulties when left alone, then our doggy day care service is the ideal solution!

Picked up from your home and returned to you in the evening, they will spend the day in our homes and out socialising with our other dogs, joining one of our group dog walks, as well as being fed, watered and of course ‘fussed over’.

Benefits

Ease any stress to your dog while you aren’t able to care for them in your own home, by letting us accept your dog into our home and care for your precious pet as if they are there very own.

  • Better alternative to dog staying home alone
  • Stress-free ‘home from home’ environment
  • Safe, enclosed garden opposite Dartmouth park
  • Your dog will have the company of our own family friendly dog
  • Frequent daily outings within our group walks and one-to-ones
  • Dogs wil lbe introduced to new fun environments
  • Tender, loving care with lots of playtime and fussing
  • Your dog will thank you for a stay within our relaxing household

When day boarding other dogs at the same time, we will carefully select those with friendly, outgoing personalities, similar to your own dog’s to give them a safe, fun and stimulating stay, you will be advised if other dogs are day boarding at the same time.

What we offer

Before accepting your dog for doggy day care we would always recommend an introductory session to help us to bond with them and understand their behaviour, levels of recall and general personality.

Once your dog has been assessed we will take them into our care and for the duration of their stay they will be cared for and be socialised with other dogs.

  • Free daily home pick-up and drop-off service (if within our areas)
  • Minimum of two daily group walk during day
  • Stay safely within our home
  • Feeding and watering of your dog with their normal diet
  • Dispensing of any medications or supplements
  • Regular social interaction with our family

Free Consulation

We offer a free consultation where we can meet yourself and your dog in their own environment and make some general assesments of their personality and talk to you about their normal habits. This also gives us the opportunity to run through our work and explain the relevant paper work which is necessary to ensure I have all relevant details. If you are happy to proceed we would recommend a few dog walks so your dog gets to know us and feels comfortable before they are left for a full day, a few dog walks would be recommended so we can get to know your dog a litter better on a one to one and see how they are on the lead, we would only consider socialised and friendly dogs for the day care service.

We follow the narps uk code of practice and you can see the policy document under policy and procedure section.  We are fully insured and police checked.
